Booking and price
How much does it cost?
The Wedding Film (1 camcorder, 3–5 minute film and a 30-second reel) is $699. The Full Story (2 camcorders, a longer 5–7 minute film and 2 reels) is $999. These are founding prices for our first 10 couples. Regular prices are $1,029 and $1,329. Free shipping both ways. No extra taxes or fees.
Is this instead of a videographer?
It can be. Experienced videographers in Canada often charge $2,500 to $5,000. Already booked one? Add us to get your guests' view too.
How do I book?
Build your package on the Packages page and tap "Book now". We confirm your date and send you how to pay. Paying saves your date. For May to October weddings, book 4–6 months ahead.
What are founding prices?
Our first 10 couples save $330 on either package. Once your film is ready, we'll ask for a short review and your OK to share a few clips.
The kit
When does it arrive, and how do I send it back?
It arrives 3–4 days before your wedding, charged and ready, anywhere in Ontario or Canada. Within 72 hours after, pack it in the same box and drop it at Canada Post with the prepaid label.
What if it doesn't work or something breaks?
Not working when it arrives? We rush you a new one or give you a full refund. Our Video Guarantee also refunds you if our camcorder fails, records nothing, or gets lost in the mail. Damage during your rental may have a fee, as set out in our rental agreement.
Can I add extras?
Yes. Add mini mics, a tripod or a digital camera on the Packages page. Need it longer? Extra days are $25 each, up to 14 days.
Filming and your film
Do my guests need camera skills?
No. They press record and point it at the fun. It has a built-in mic, guide stickers and a short video guide you open with a QR code.
Who should hold the camera?
Pick 2 or 3 people you trust, like your maid of honour or your brother. They can pass it around. There's a shot list in the box so nobody misses the big moments.
When do I get my film?
Every clip within 2 weeks, and your edited film within 3 weeks, after we get the kit back. Most videographers take 6 to 12 weeks.
Can my film match our style?
Yes. Tell us your song, your vibe and the moments we can't miss. We edit your film to match, using what your guests filmed.
